What is Vyapari Zone?
Vyapari Zone is a Digital Business Network that gives every local trader, shop and service provider a digital identity, in support of the Digital India vision. Customers can search local businesses by category, city and area and see their details, offers and contact numbers.
What information can I find about a business?
Each listing can show the business profile, category, address and map location, phone and WhatsApp number, timings, photos, videos, products or services and current offers, as provided by the vyapari.
How can I pay?
You can pay online through the payment gateway on the website, or offline at the Vyapari Zone office in Surat.
Where is the Vyapari Zone office?
Our head office is at 143, Rajhans Platinum Plaza, Nr. New L. P. Savani School, Palanpor Canal Road, Palanpor, Surat – 395009, Gujarat.

How do I list my business on Vyapari Zone?
Register with your mobile number, fill in your business details, photos and offers, and buy the Vyapari Package of ₹3,600 (GST included). Your listing goes live on the portal once the admin team approves it.
What does the ₹3,600 Vyapari Package include?
For about ₹10 a day you get one year of advertisement on the portal, a Vyapari Smart Card with your Vyapari ID, an online user ID and your own business profile page. It also includes discount benefits through the Smart Card, seminar advertisement, business development training, business expo benefits, free sample product benefits and the no response benefit, subject to the Vyapari Package Terms.
How long does the package last, and how do I renew it?
The Vyapari Package is valid for one year. To continue your listing, renew it by buying the package again online or at our office before it expires. If your listing received no response, you may be eligible for a free renewal under the no response benefit (terms apply).
When does my listing go live?
Your listing goes live after the Vyapari Zone admin team reviews and approves it. Complete and accurate business details help the approval go through quickly.
What is the Vyapari Smart Card?
The Vyapari Smart Card is your digital ID card with your unique Vyapari ID, included in the Vyapari Package. It also gives discount benefits of up to 50% at participating vyapaaris (terms apply).
Can I register two businesses with one mobile number?
No. One mobile number can be used for only one registration, so please use a different mobile number for each additional business.
For Customers
Is Vyapari Zone free for customers?
Yes, Vyapari Zone is completely free for customers. You can search businesses by category, city and area and see their details, offers and contact numbers at no cost.
Do I need to sign in to see contact numbers?
No. Anyone can view business details, offers and contact numbers without signing in.
Why should I register as a customer?
Free registration lets you save your favourite businesses, write reviews and send enquiries directly to vyapaaris.
Advertising
What types of digital advertisements can I book?
You can book a home page banner, category banner, city banner, featured business or top listing, product ads, 15–30 second video ads, offer ads for festivals, discounts, sales or new launches, and sponsored listings. Advertisements are booked and paid for separately from the Vyapari Package.
How do I book an advertisement?
Choose the advertisement type, select the city and category, pick the duration, upload your creative and make the payment. Your ad goes live after the admin team approves it.
