This page sets out the refund and cancellation policy of Vyapari Zone for the Vyapari Package and for digital advertisements booked on www.vyaparizone.in. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
1. Vyapari Package
- The Vyapari Package (₹3,600, GST included) gives one year of digital advertisement on the portal along with the package benefits. Once your listing has been approved and is live, the package fee is generally non-refundable, because the advertisement period and the benefits have already started.
- If your listing is rejected by the admin team before it goes live, the full amount paid is refunded.
- If you cancel the package before your listing is approved, the amount is refunded after deducting the payment gateway charges.
2. Digital advertisements
- An advertisement booking that is rejected by the admin team is refunded.
- If you cancel an advertisement booking before it is approved, the amount is refunded after deducting the payment gateway charges.
- Once an advertisement has been approved and is live, the booking generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Payments made in error
If you are charged twice for the same order, pay a wrong amount or make a payment by mistake, the extra or wrongly paid amount is refunded in full after it is verified.
4. How refunds are made
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Full refunds for a payment made in error or for a listing rejected before going live are processed within 7–10 working days.
- The time your bank or card issuer takes to show the credit in your account may vary.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@vyaparizone.in or call +91 74348 81800 with your registered mobile number, your Vyapari ID (if issued), and the payment date, amount and transaction reference. We will acknowledge your request and inform you of the decision.
6. Other conditions
- The no response benefit is a free renewal, not a cash refund. Its conditions are set out in the Vyapari Package Terms.
- Package benefits such as the Vyapari Smart Card, seminar advertisement, training, business expo and free sample benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No refund is due if a listing or advertisement is removed for breaking the Terms and Conditions or the Advertisement Policy.
- Vyapari Zone may revise this policy from time to time; the version in force on the date of payment will apply.
