These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vyapari Zone website www.vyaparizone.in and its services. Vyapari Zone is a Digital Business Network that helps local traders, shops and service providers (vyapaaris) build a digital identity and helps customers find them. By visiting the website, registering or buying a package, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who can use Vyapari Zone
Customers can search businesses by category, city and area free of charge, without signing in. Free registration lets customers save favourites, write reviews and send enquiries. Vyapaaris who want to list their business must register and buy the Vyapari Package. You must give true, complete and current information when you register.
2. Accounts and registration
- One mobile number can be used for only one registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Vyapari Zone may suspend or close an account that gives false information or misuses the website.
3. Business listings
A vyapari may add a business profile, category, address, map location, phone and WhatsApp number, timings, photos, videos, products, services and offers. Every listing goes live only after approval by the Vyapari Zone admin team. The vyapari is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, prices and offers shown in the listing, and confirms that it has the right to use every photo, video, logo and text it uploads. Vyapari Zone may edit, hold or remove any content that is incorrect, misleading, unlawful or against its policies.
4. Packages, advertisements and payments
The Vyapari Package costs ₹3,600 (GST included) for one year of digital advertisement on the portal. Its benefits and conditions are described in the Vyapari Package Terms. Digital advertisements are booked and paid for separately and are subject to the Advertisement Policy. Payment can be made online through the payment gateway or offline at our office. Refunds and cancellations are handled as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Reviews and enquiries
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Abusive, false, promotional or offensive reviews may be removed. Enquiries sent through the website are passed to the concerned vyapari; any deal that follows is directly between the customer and the vyapari.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose, upload harmful code, copy or scrape its content in bulk, impersonate another person or business, or interfere with the working of the website.
7. Intellectual property
The Vyapari Zone name, logo, design and website content belong to the company. Content uploaded by vyapaaris remains theirs, but they allow Vyapari Zone to display it on the website and in promotional material related to their listing.
8. Limitation of liability
Vyapari Zone is a listing platform. We do not sell the goods or services listed by vyapaaris and are not responsible for their quality, price, delivery or after-sales service. To the extent permitted by law, Vyapari Zone is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
