Vyapari Zone offers digital advertisements that help vyapaaris reach more customers. This policy applies to every advertisement and to the content of business listings shown on www.vyaparizone.in. By booking an advertisement you agree to follow it.
1. Types of advertisements
- Home page banner, category banner and city banner
- Featured business or top listing, and sponsored listing
- Product ads
- Video ads of 15 to 30 seconds
- Offer ads for festivals, discounts, sales and new launches
Advertisements are booked and paid for separately from the Vyapari Package.
2. How an advertisement is booked
Choose the advertisement type, select the city and category, choose the duration, upload your creative and make the payment. Every advertisement is reviewed by the Vyapari Zone admin team and goes live only after approval, for the booked duration.
3. Advertisements that are not allowed
We do not accept advertisements or listing content that:
- promote anything illegal, or goods and services that need a licence the advertiser does not hold;
- are false or misleading, including fake offers, hidden conditions or claims that cannot be supported;
- contain adult, obscene or sexually suggestive material;
- spread hatred or discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, community, gender, region or language, or are defamatory or abusive;
- use logos, brand names, photos, music, videos or text that the advertiser does not have the right to use;
- imitate another business or mislead customers about who is advertising;
- contain harmful links, code or anything that affects the working of the website.
4. Responsibility of the advertiser
- The advertiser is fully responsible for the content of the advertisement, including prices, offers and their conditions.
- Offers must be honoured as advertised for the period they are shown.
- The advertiser must follow all applicable laws, including consumer protection and advertising standards.
5. Approval, rejection and removal
- Vyapari Zone may ask for changes to a creative before approving it.
- Vyapari Zone has the right to reject any advertisement, or to remove or pause an advertisement that is already live, if it breaks this policy, receives genuine complaints or is required to be removed by law.
- Refunds for rejected or cancelled bookings are handled as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy. No refund is due for an advertisement removed for breaking this policy.
6. Placement and display
Advertisements are shown in the selected city and category for the booked duration. The exact position, order and rotation of advertisements on a page are decided by Vyapari Zone and may vary with screen size and device.
7. Reporting an advertisement
If you see an advertisement or listing that you believe breaks this policy, please write to info@vyaparizone.in or call +91 74348 81800. We will review it and take suitable action.
