1. What you can complain about
- A listing, advertisement or review that is false, misleading, offensive or infringes your rights.
- Misuse of your personal information or of your business name, photos or content.
- Problems with your account, Vyapari Package, Smart Card or package benefits.
- Payment, refund or cancellation issues.
- Any other concern about the working of the website.
Complaints about the quality of goods or services bought from a vyapari should first be taken up with that vyapari. You may also tell us about it, and we will review the listing under our policies.

4. How your complaint is handled
- We will acknowledge your complaint and give you a reference for follow-up.
- The complaint will be examined, and we may contact you or the vyapari concerned for more details.
- We will try to resolve it and inform you of the outcome within reasonable timelines, as required under applicable law.
- Where needed, content may be hidden or removed while the complaint is being reviewed.
5. If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may write again to the Grievance Officer for a further review. This does not affect any right you have under applicable law. Any dispute is subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
