These terms apply to the Vyapari Package offered by Vyapari Zone and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Package fee and validity
- The Vyapari Package costs ₹3,600 (GST included), which works out to roughly ₹10 per day.
- It gives one year of digital advertisement on the Vyapari Zone portal. The one-year period runs from the date the listing goes live.
- Payment can be made online through the payment gateway or offline at the Vyapari Zone office.
- One mobile number can be used for only one registration.
- A listing goes live only after approval by the Vyapari Zone admin team.
2. Package benefits
- Vyapari Smart Card: a digital ID card carrying your Vyapari ID.
- Online user ID on the website and your own business profile page.
- Web portal advertisement for the package period.
- Discount benefits of up to 50% through the Smart Card, available only at participating vyapaaris. The discount, the products or services covered and the period are decided by each participating vyapari, and terms apply.
- Seminar advertisement through banners and leaflets at seminars organised or supported by Vyapari Zone, subject to availability.
- Business development training, as and when sessions are organised, subject to availability.
- Business expo benefits at expos where Vyapari Zone participates, subject to availability and the terms of each expo.
- Free sample product benefits, subject to availability of samples, and terms apply.
- No response benefit: if your listing receives no response during the package period, you may be eligible for a free renewal. The conditions for this benefit, including how response is measured and how to claim it, will be decided by the company, and terms apply.
3. General conditions for benefits
- Benefits are available only while the package is active and the listing is live.
- Benefits are personal to the registered vyapari and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
- Dates, venues and seats for seminars, training and expos are informed separately and are limited.
- Vyapari Zone may add, change or withdraw a benefit for good reason, with notice on the website where possible. Benefits already delivered will not be affected.
- Vyapari Zone does not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, customers, sales or business results.
4. Obligations of the vyapari
- Give true and complete business details, and keep them up to date.
- Upload only content you have the right to use, in line with the Advertisement Policy.
- Honour any offer or discount you publish, including Smart Card discounts if you choose to participate.
5. Renewal and suspension
To continue after one year, the package must be renewed at the fee applicable at that time. A package may be suspended or ended without refund if the listing breaks the Terms and Conditions or the Advertisement Policy.
